  • You can name the Crisis Center of Comal County as the beneficiary—or co‑beneficiary—of an existing life insurance policy. Upon your passing, the Crisis Center will receive the policy proceeds as a charitable bequest.

    If you choose to transfer ownership of a paid‑up policy to the Crisis Center and relinquish all rights of ownership, you may also be eligible for an income tax deduction equal to the policy’s cash surrender value.
