Community Advisory Council

Purpose & Responsibilities

The Community Advisory Council (CAC) was created in January 2026 to serve as a resource to the Crisis Center’s leadership team and Board. The CAC advises the agency on issues and current events that are important to our mission of serving victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and other forms of abuse and exploitation. The CAC provides important insight into community trends, attitudes, and needs.

Members of the CAC are appointed by the CEO and confirmed by the Board of Directors. CAC members serve 2-year terms and may serve an unlimited number of consecutive or non-consecutive terms.

If you’re interested in joining the CAC, send an email to board@crisiscenternb.org.

Current CAC Members

  • We are currently on-boarding several inaugural members and will update this list soon.
